Anna Chapman’s NBC interview ended abruptly on Monday, with the former spy-turned-Russian celebrity storming out. In the interview, Chapman refused to talk about her tweeted marriage proposal to NSA leaker Edward Snowden.

“I’m not going to discuss this,” Chapman told NBC before she walked out.

“OK, the interview is finished. I’m sorry,” she added.

“I don’t want to discuss America. I’m sorry,” she continued. “I think (the interview is) done because it’s not going the right way.”

Earlier this year, she tweeted to Snowden about marriage, but it’s unclear if she was serious.

“Snowden, will you marry me?!” she tweeted several months ago.

Chapman was arrested in New York in 2010 along with several other Russian spies. But in Russia, she has made herself into a type of celebrity with her own TV show.

“I’m a very private, discreet person and I still don’t do many interviews because I just don’t like to share,” she told NBC. “I don’t believe that people would be interested in knowing about somebody’s life.”

She was on NBC to promote her “Mysteries of the World” show.
