Justin Shults, an American who had been missing since the ISIS bombing of the Brussels airport last week, has been confirmed dead by his brother and the company where he worked. 

We found out today that cowards took my brother's life just weeks after his 30th birthday.

“We found out today that cowards took my brother’s life just weeks after his 30th birthday,” his brother, Levi, wrote in a message on Twitter. “I was blessed to have Justin as a big brother.” 

Shults had been living in Brussels, Belgium, since 2014, working for the filtrations-system maker Clarcor.

“We grieve with his family and continue to offer our support as they mourn this unimaginable loss,” Clarcor said in a statement, ABC News reports. “Justin will be greatly missed by those who knew him.”
