An AMBER Alert was issued for SaVion Floyd, 5-year-old boy, in Youngstown, Ohio, on Tuesday.
Floyd is 40 pounds, 3 feet tall, black, with black hair and brown eyes. He was last seen wearing wearing green and black puma jogging pants, grey jacket, a blue Dallas Cowboys hat, and white Air Jordan shoes.
The suspect is Marvin Backmon, 48, a black male. He is said to be driving a tan 2001 Pontiac Bonneville with a Z521192 license plate.
