Ann Reardon from Sydney, Australia is ridiculously creative. She’s a trained food scientist and dietitian who worked in the industry for a number of years, but her fame came after changing careers to become a youth pastor—and in that role hosting a lot of dinners and parties. After being asked countless times, “Can you teach me how to cook that,” she finally started a cooking blog and social media channels—How to Cook That—to answer everyone writ large.

Reardon provides extremely detailed instructions for everything she makes, plus downloadable templates in some cases to help you along.

Her most popular video to-date is for the iPad cake, with over 20 million views. How many iPad cakes have actually been made, however, is anybody’s guess.

Reardon says all the apps she uses for the recipe were chosen based on what was most requested by her subscribers.
