The new, re-styled 2017 Accord Hybrid features the 2nd generation 2-motor hybrid powertrain, which continues to establish its reputation as a leader in environmental friendliness. It consists of two smaller motor/generators, a more powerful 2.0 L Atkinson-cycle i-VTEC 4-cylinder Earth Dream engine, and a more compact lithium-ion battery pack.
This sophisticated power plant delivers 212 hp combined. Topped off with an Electronic-Continuously Variable Transmission (E-CVT), this new hybrid with sport mode achieves EPA fuel economy ratings of 49 mpg city, 47 mpg highway, and 48 mpg combined.
There are three trim levels: the $29,605 base Hybrid, the $32,905 EX-L, and the $35,955 Touring.
Even though this is a hybrid model, it still has all the sophistication and comfort you have come to expect in an Accord.
