FLORENCE, Italy—Linda Pacifici, who coordinates exhibitions for the Palazzo Strozzi Foundation, a major art exhibitor based out of Florence, enjoyed a trip through time and space into a culture worlds away from the one with which she was familiar.
“It’s wonderful, certainly interesting,” she said. “The orchestra is beautiful, it does a really good job, because it’s just very fluid, a beautiful achievement, it integrates well with the dancers.”
Pasquale and Barbara Pennisi, CEO and co-founders of a luxury real estate company, also said the experience was beautiful.
“It’s beautiful, the ancient dance with the modern scenery,” said Mr. Pennisi. “It’s a journey to an ancient China—very, very interesting.”
Mrs. Pennisi said this was not the first time they had seen Shen Yun.
“I love this show, this is the second time we have seen it, also last year we were here in Florence and it is magical. The absolute beauty of the divine beings dancing—outstanding,” she said.
