“We’ve come a long way because tickets had run out in Seville,” Mrs. San Roman explained.
The couple saw the performance the evening of March 4, at the RiojaForum, catching the third of New York-based Shen Yun’s four performances in Logroño.
“Their art is wonderful, but I admire their courage even more, to fight against the oppression they have suffered and is suffering today. The visuals, combined with “the wonderful music, the fantastic orchestra director, the instruments, the musicians,” gave Mrs. San Roman “a lot of tranquility, a lot of harmony ... a tranquility that I love.”
