The city where investigators spent months combing quarantined properties for evidence remains on edge after the March attack on Sergei Skripal and his daughter. More than three months after the Skripals were sickened, a couple in a nearby town was hospitalized with signs of exposure to the same nerve agent. The woman, 44-year-old Dawn Sturgess, died.
