Stan Lee, the creator of a number of iconic superheroes including the X-Men, has been accused by the young female nurses caring for him in his old age of sexual harassment and assault.

Lee, now 95, has been hit with multiple allegations by the nurses caring for him at his Hollywood Hills home, reported the Daily Mail.

Sources told the Mail that Lee enjoys walking around the house naked and uses vulgar language to describe his desires to the nurses. In addition, he has acted on some of those desires despite objections by the nurses, leading to the current situation he’s embroiled in—a legal dispute with the company that hires the nurses, which could lead to a lawsuit.

A source with knowledge of the situation said that Lee “finds it funny” to sexually harass the nurses, who are typically much younger than him.

“The owner at the nursing company has openly said to people that Stan has sexually harassed every single nurse that has been to the house. That got back to Lee and sparked this whole thing,” the source told the Mail.

“It appears the owner, who has nursed Stan herself, eventually decided enough was enough,” said the source.

No legal suit or criminal action has been taken so far, but a representative for the company confirmed that the female owner had spoken to Lee about the complaints. The company also stopped working with Lee late last year.

Lee, though, through his attorney, denied any wrongdoing.

Lee’s attorney, Tom Lallas, told BuzzFeed in a statement that the allegations were made by the nurses to try to blackmail Lee for money.

“Mr. Lee categorically denies these false and despicable allegations and he fully intends to fight to protect his stellar good name and impeccable character,” Lallas said in his statement.

“We are not aware of anyone filing a civil action, or reporting these issues to the police, which for any genuine claim would be the more appropriate way for it to be handled. Instead, Mr. Lee has received demands to pay money and threats that if he does not do so, the accuser will go to the media.”

Lee was involved in creating a number of iconic superhero characters, including the Fantastic Four, Hulk, Thor, Iron Man, and the X-Men. Movies and television shows starring these Marvel characters have grossed billions of dollars, with many new ones being released every year.
